terms & conditions

These terms govern engagements entered into with BTSFXPRO Information Technology Consultants Co. L.L.C.. They are written to be read; if anything here is unclear, ask before you sign.

What we supply

• Implementation services. Setup, configuration, migration, integration, reporting and training for accounting and business systems.
• Ongoing support. Month-end and system support to the scope of the engagement you select.
• Software engineering. Custom development delivered against a written scope with documented deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Third-party software

We are not a reseller. Licences and subscriptions (for example QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, cloud hosting) are purchased by you directly from the vendor under the vendor’s own terms, at the vendor’s own price. Their pricing, availability and features are set by them and can change without notice.

Quotes and payment

Indicative figures on this website are not an offer. Your binding price is the one on the written quote we issue. Engagements are invoiced; we do not collect card details through this website. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

For bespoke software, source code, repositories and deliverables are assigned to you on final payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Confidentiality and access

Engagements run under a mutual NDA. System and repository access is least-privilege, used only for the agreed work, and revoked at handover.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate data and timely feedback, keep your own backups of your records, and remain responsible for filing and approving your own accounts. Output is only as accurate as the records supplied to us.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded at law.

Termination

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. On termination we hand back your data in a standard exportable format and revoke our access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable courts of Dubai.
